I am an eyeballer cook. So I will do my best but for the most part I shake and taste:) I have used left over ham instead of pork chops and green chili enchillada sauce in along with a smaller portion of chili powder and it was still good. However, not traditional;) This is so easy and really yummy on a cold winter night.
Place pork chops in crock pot and
remaining ingredients and cook for 4-6 hours. Once pork chops are
thoroughly cooked remove bone and cut into bite size pieces and put back
into soup.
You are done!
