Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 med. onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 (15oz) can of whole kernel corn, drained
- 2 (15oz) can of black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (28oz) can crushed tomatoes, plus one can water
- 2 cans Ro-tel tomatoes (one mild and one hot)
- 1 pkg. reduced-sodium taco seasoning mix
- 1 pakg. original dry ranch dressing mix
Directions
Brown beef, onion and garlic. Add
remaining ingredients. Simmer 10 minutes. Note: 1 cup equals 2 pts on the
