This is a favorite at our home
Quarter and 1/2 inch dice Avocados and Tomatoes. Clean in fresh water and mince cilantro. Finely mince green onion and deseeded Jalapenos. (seeds equal hot)
Place all these in a bowl and stir.
Pour olive oil over the top and press the limes. Basically pour the lime juice over it. I have a lime press so it is veeerrry simple.
Stir again and eat. I serve this anytime day, night, breakfast and with anything. Great in the Whole Wheat Pita bread too. You can also add a can of tuna and make it a meal.
