I made this yesterday everyone liked it
1.In a small bowl (I used BIG Bowl)
combine soy sauce, ginger, cayenne pepper, and black pepper.
Mix well. Add pork; toss to coat. cover with plastic wrap; chill for 15
minutes
2.In large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat
Add green onion. Cook, stirring frequently , for 2 minutes
Add green, red, yellow peppers; cook until peppers are crisp-tender, about
5 minutes
3.add pork; discard marinade
Cook, stirring until cooked through and no longer pink about 5 minutes
4. Combine broth, hoisin sauce, and cornstarch.
Mix well
Whisk mixture into skillet; bring to boil.
Simmer until sauce thickens , about 3 minutes
Serve Immediately
