Makes a hearty meal. Serve w/fresh steamed veggies on the side.
Leave chicken whole or cut into bite
sizes. Sautee chicken w/olive oil 5 minutes on each side, if leaving
whole. Remove from pan.
Add mushrooms, onions, garlic to pan; saut 5 minutes. Return chicken to
pan.
Add wine, broth, thyme, salt and bay leaves; bring to boil. Cover, reduce
heat & simmer 30 minutes. Discard bay leaves.
Combine milk & flour; stirring 3 minutes until thickened. Stir in
cooked pasta.
Makes 4-6 servings.
*I double the broth and omit wine.
