The Israelites in ancient times made grape honey - a product resembling our jams and jellies, but without artificial preservatives or added sugar.
Wash grapes and remove all the stems. Place them in a pan with the water. Boil the mixture about twenty minutes or until it thickens. Strain off the grape seeds. Store the mixture in sterilized jars. Refrigerate. The natural sugars in the grapes will become concentrated. The sweeter the grapes were in the beginning, the sweeter the grape honey will be in the end.
