Tasty and low carb.
Preheat an oven to 375 degrees. Rub a
shallow glass baking dish with one tablespoon olive oil.
Slice a lemon in half. Quarter the first half of the lemon and set it
aside to use as a garnish. Thinly slice the second half of the lemon and
set it aside to bake on the filets.
Place filets into the prepared baking dish and drizzle with the remaining
3 tablespoons of olive oil. Top each filet with a lemon slice (or slices)
and season with sea salt, pepper, and paprika. Bake for 15 minutes.
