That Pumpkin Stuff That Dorothy Makes

Ingredients

• 1 16-ounce can of pumpkin
• 1 can Pet evaporated milk
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
• 3 eggs
• 1 yellow cake mix
• 1 cup + a little extra chopped pecans
• 2 sticks melted butter
• Frosting - 8 ounces cream cheese
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 2 cups Cool Whip

Directions

Mix together the pumpkin and pet milk. Add the sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and eggs. Put that stuff in a greased 9x13 pan and crumble the cake mix and pecans on top of it. Then pour the 2 sticks of melted butter over it. Bake 50-60 minutes at 375 degrees. Let it cool, then mix together the ingredients for the frosting and smear it over the top, then put some more pecans on top of that. You'll need to keep it in the refrigerator.
