If you use glass or stone pans reduce oven temp to 325 F but baking time will stay the same.
Heat oven to 350 F (see note above if
using glass or stone pans).
In a microwave safe bowl melt baking chocolate and butter. When done let
stand to completely melt, then stir until combined and blended. Beat in
sugar until mixed thoroughly. Beat in one egg at a time. Stir in vanilla,
salt and flour until completely combined and mixture is smooth. Fold in
chips. Pour mixture into greased 13x9 inch baking pan/dish (or 2 8x8 inch
pans). Place in heated 350 F oven for 28 to 30 minutes. Let stand on wire
rack to cool completely before cutting.
Enjoy w/a cup of coffee or glass of milk.
