These will keep for a week or
two in a tightly covered container.
You can tint the dough with food coloring.
You can dip the bottoms of the finished cookies in chocolate.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine all
ingredients in a large bowl; with mixer at low speed, beat until just
mixed. Increase speed to medium; beat 2 minutes, occasionally scraping
bowl.
Press through cookie press onto ungreased sheet, about 1/2 inch apart.
Refrigerate remaining dough. Bake 12 - 15 minutes, until lightly browned
around edges.
Immediately remove to wire racks to cool completely. Wash and cool cookie
sheets completely between use or cookies will not have a nice shape.
