Makes 4 servings
Heat oven to 350*. Cut chicken lengthwise into 1/4-in. slices. Place in sprayed baking dish. Top with broccoli.
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Stir together cream and 3/4 cup water and gradually add to cream cheese.
Spoon into saucepan; add garlic salt and Parmesan. Cook, over low heat, until thickened. Pour over broccoli and bake 35-40 minutes.
