Pumpkin Pound Cake

Ingredients

• 1 yellow box mix
• 1 C pumpkin
• 1/2 C veg oil
• 1/2 C water
• 3/4 C sugar
• 1/2 t nutmeg
• 1 t cinnamon
• 4 eggs
• 1/2 C chopped pecans (opt.)

Directions

Mix it all together, folding in pecans.

Bake 1 hour in a bundt @ 350.

Dust w/powdered sugar, or drizzle w/a vanilla glaze or frost w/cream cheese frosting. May sprinkle additional pecans on top.

I like to serve this cake warm w/ ice cream and caramel sauce.
