This is edible fruit cake and it has to be made around 4 weeks in advance.
Melt marshmallows in milk over low heat.
Remove from heat. Stir in flavoring and the rest of the ingredients. PACK
the fruit cake in a loaf pan. Invert the pan to dump out the loaf shaped
fruit cake. Wrap in plastic wrap and then foil. Store the fruit cake in
the refrigerator for 4 weeks before serving.
To serve, cut cake in thin slices around 1/4 inch thick. Keep leftover
cake refrigerated.
