I adapted this recipe from once I was given and made it my own.
Combine eggs, milk, Italian style bread crumbs, minced onion, rubbed sage, and lean ground beef in a large bowl. Mix all ingredients well, and then shape into a round loaf. Spray the inside of your slow cooker with non-stick spray, and then place the loaf inside.
In a small mixing bowl mix the ketchup, brown sugar, ground mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Spoon over the top of the meatloaf.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees.
