This recipe was shared with me
by my mother who always made the
best food when I was growing up.
add roast to pot and enough water to keep
the roast from burning
cook for 48 hours on low
after this time, drain the juice and save for soup
shred the pork
add the can of green chili sauce
on a cast iron skillet or griddle brown 12 flour tortillas, serve them
warm
with the meat and extras! It is delicious...
