Beautiful Burger Buns

Ingredients

• 1 egg
• 1 c. water (90)
• 3 c. flour
• c. sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• 3 tbsp dough enhancer
• 2 tbps butter
• 1 tbsp yeast
• *optional 1 tsp onion powder for a different taste*

Directions

Place ingredients in bread machine in order given. Select dough cycle. Dump out on lightly floured board. Flatten out by hand till about inch thick. Cut with at 4" biscuit cutter. Place on greased cookie sheet. Cover and let raise till doubled, about 40 min. Bake @ 375 for 12-15 minutes or till golden.

Absolutely wonderful warm with butter.
