Banana Nut Bread

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup water
• 2 medium sized ripe bananas (mash them!!!)
• 1 tsp salt
• 3 tbsp dry milk (or use milk instead of water)
• 2 tbsp packed brown sugar
• 4 tsp butter (is 1 tbsp plus 1 tsp)
• 3 1/2 - 4 cups flour (depending on machine)
• 2 tsp yeast
• 1/2 cup walnuts or other nuts (optional)
