This recipe is easily doubled.
Combine ingredients in a mixer and mix
well. The dough should be tacky to the touch. Dived dough into portions.
Shape each portion into a flat ball. Roll each portion with a rolling pin,
or press with a manual press, and cook on an ungreased skillet; or press
and cook on an electric tortilla maker as directed.
Cook each side for about 1 minute. Fill with your favorite fillings.
