This is for the bread machine. If you use all whole wheat flour, it will not rise as well.
FOR THE SPONGE:
Mix ingredients in a bowl. Place in breadmachine. Let set for no less than
4 hours (helps give it a sourdough taste).
After the sponge is ready:
FOR THE DOUGH:
Place the dough ingredients in the machine on top of the sponge. Bake
according to your breadmachine.
