Cook rice as package directs.
Mix ground beef, cooked rice, onion, salts, garlic powder, pepper and
Italian seasoning together. Shape into meatballs. Place meatballs into a
Dutch oven (They should not touch each other). Stir together tomato sauce,
water, and worcestershire sauce. This sauce should cover the meatballs. If
it doesn't, for every 1 can of tomato sauce, use 1/4 cup of water, and 2
teaspoon of worcertershire sauce. Pour tomato worcestershire sauce over
meatballs. Cover and bake in a 350 degreeF oven for 1 hour. Serve with
mashed potatoes.
