This is a southern type cornbread dressing that is baked instead of used to stuff a turkey.
I use the cornbread recipe on the back of the bag to make the base cornbread.
Spray or grease 9x13 baking pan.
Place crumbled cornbread in large bowl. Set aside
Saut celery, onion, garlic in butter until onion is translucent -about 5
minutes. Add onion mixture to cornbread including butter. Stir in
herbs/spices. Add eggs and stock. Pour into baking pan. Bake at 350* for
25 to 30 minutes.
