Cheese Ball

Ingredients

• 2 8 ounce cream cheese
• 2 cups cheddar cheese
• 1 tbsp pimento (I never add this, but it is pretty, instead I use 1 tbsp red
• pepper for the color)
• 1 tbsp green pepper
• 1 tbsp onion
• 2 tsp worstershire sauce
• 1 tsp lemon juice

Directions

Mix in food processor or electric mixer, shape into log, or ball, roll in chopped pecans or chipped beef and chill. This is also great as a spread just put into a bowl, but for a party I always make a ball.
