Healthy snacks
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cream butter and sucanat or sugar; blend in apple butter and egg. Stir
flour with soda, baking powder and salt; stir into creamed mixture. Stir
in oats and coconut. Spread in greased 13 X 9 X 2-inch baking pan. Bake
about 20 minutes. Cool and cut into bars.
