I double this to serve my family
of 7, with leftovers.
Very fast if you use the canned soup and bisquick
Whisk 1 and 2 together in pot.
Add chicken and vegetables.
Bring to slow boil.
Mix dumplings (dry, then wet, stir until just moistened)
Drop eight dumplings onto top of chicken mixture.
Turn to low heat.
Cook uncovered 10 minutes, cover, cook 10 minutes longer.
Serve with a green salad and homemade applesauce for desert.
