I have made this many times,
being the dump cook that I am, w/o measuring anything out.
I have also swapped the Parm. cheese for Cheddar.
My family likes it either way....and it is usually GONE!
I have even made it & served it over brown rice.
Very easy recipe to "play" with.
Cook broccoli according to pkg. Drain broccoli and spread in a 9x13 pan, that has been sprayed w/ non stick spray. Mix chicken, soup, mayo, mushrooms, curry powder , and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese in a medium bowl. Spread chicken/soup mixture over broccoli. Sprinkle 1/4 cup P. cheese over top. Cover & freeze. Thaw , cover & bake at 350* for 40 min. Remove foil, bake for 20 min. more.
I have modified this for the C.P.....I put the frozen broccoli (about 1
pkg...sometimes more) in the bottom of the CP. Then I throw frozen chicken
breasts (usually 3 for our family) on top of the broccoli. I mix the soup,
mayo, mushrooms, curry powder , and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese in a medium
bowl. Spread chicken/soup mixture over broccoli. Sprinkle 1/4 cup P.
cheese over top. Cover
& cook on low about 6 hrs.
