This is something that is good cold for a picnic.
Preaheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a cookie sheet with oil.
Rinse and pat dry the chicken. Cut each tender into pieces about 1 1/2 inches long.
In a pie pan, beat the egg. In another pie pan, mix the bread crumbs and seasonings. Dip pieces of chicken into the egg and then roll in bread crumbs.
Arrange the chicken on the prepared pan.
Bake for 15 minutes, until the chicken is lightly browned and cooked through.
Use with your favorite dipping sauce.
