I would like a review onHomeschool Physical Education . What do you think?

I am looking for something that will tell me exactly what to do with only four children of different ages. I would like something that will build up as the year goes on and tells me when to push the kids to do better. Like when to add two more push-ups or once powdered has been mastered, start working on powdered. Any suggestions?

Thanks! flower3.gif

Don't have any ideas....but I would like something like that too. And if I can do it with them that would be even better. It might just motivate me to move my rear off of this chair laugh.gif laugh.gif

At the convention I went to, I found a book I really liked called Funfit Sports and games by Celia Kibler and Maddie Cheers. It includes family games and activities with a mind set that you won't have a class full of students to do this with. It also includes circuit training which greatly interested me.
I went to the website and can't find a link to the book... I emailed them and will get back to you on it.

Fun Fit Shop

Scroll all the way to the bottom... it's the last item in the shop... there is a link to a flyer to pre-order the book at a lower price.

I'm also interested in that Homeschool Physical Fitness book. I've been toying with the idea of getting it for a couple years now. There were several unhelpful reviews on Amazon.
