Today I am working on Jo's library booklet. Last month, I read to the kiddos several books about libraries and manners used in the library. I took several pictures of Jo, while we were doing this study. smile.gif

I decided to make this into a booklet and bind it at my MIL's house. She has a nifty machine. banana.gif

The cover page will be a picture of our library. Under that is the name of the library and Jo's name.

After the first page I have several pictures of Jo doing different things. Like...looking at books, picking a video, using her finger to show shhhhh (must be quiet in the library smile.gif ), and checking out. The last page will have a pocket with a card inside. Like the cards they use in the back of books with the date to return on them. This card will have a list of books we read about libraries.

When this is all done, I'll post some pictures.

I was trying to figure out when we actually did this, because I haven't dated much of anything this year. rolleyes.gif As I was looking at the pictures, I noticed Joanna still had her chicken pox spots, so I knew it was in March. Then I noticed that all the kids had green on, including the librarian. She also had a green beaded necklace. Couldn't figure out why she was wearing that and then I remember it was St. Patrick's Day and we all know the exact date of that day. laugh.gif

smile.gif You are so creative Michelle. That's good detective work on figuring out the date.
