psilosis, n. the process of the hair falling out

As in: Dude, where's my hat? I got a wicked case of psilosis going on today and I can't go out in public with a big bald patch on the top of my head because it would tooootally wreck my image.

I chose this one because I've been shedding an awful lot lately - my hairbrush looks like a smallish mammal. ohmy.gif

Plus I like "psi" words. smile.gif

My husband has a bad case of psilosis right smack dab in the middle of his head. He is in denile but, we all know it is psilosis. LOL.

I can't wait to lay that one on him tonight when he gets home.

My dad is suffering from psilosis, too. Except "suffering" isn't exactly the word for it. "Delighting in psilosis" would be more appropriate! He always reminds us that bald men are manly men because they have "more testosterone than the average bear." laugh.gif

I love my dad. smile.gif

You have those too? I hate the fact that I'm starting to have to pluck the hairs on my chin! One day I'm going to have to shave them, at this rate!

I see this as a sure sign of old age... badday.gif
