My boy got a part in The Velveteen Rabbit!
 He will play Alex, the little boy who comes down with scarlet fever and loses his rabbit. He's very excited about this, and so am I, even though rehearsals will take my only "free" night for the next two months. I'm so glad this drama thing is working out for him.

The director called me today and let me know that rehearsals will be on M/W/F/S/Su for 2-3 hours each session.  I guess Emmy and I will have lots of time to work on school while he's rehearsing! She has a ballet recital on one of the evenings Mikey performs - my husband will have to take a day of leave so we can split up. |
