SAUTEED SCALLOPS

These are very rich in taste, but not too strong tasting.

Ingredients

  • 3 T. butter or margarine
  • 1 lb. fresh scallops, cleaned
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp. dried parsley
  • 1/4 tsp. dried oregano

Directions

Place butter or margarine, scallops, and garlic into a large pan. Saute over medium heat for about 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Add parsley and oregano, stirring well. Saute for another 3 or 4 minutes or until scallops turn opaque. Serve immediately.
