Pumpkin Ice Cream

Ingredients

• 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 1 cup canned pumpkin(plain)
• 4 cups vanilla ice cream, softened a bit

Directions

In a large bowl, stir together brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir in pumpkin. Add ice cream and stir until thoroughly mixed. Cover and freeze until ice cream is firm again. Serve and enjoy!
